Our Commitment to You
Our project management system ensures that details are monitored, budgets controlled, lines of communication sustained, and standards maintained. Your building is a valuable asset.

Professional Standards

In order to maintain complete quality control over our projects, we self-perform our work: Masonry Repair, Tuckpointing, Terra Cotta and Stone Repair & Replacement, Concrete Restoration, Sealant Replacement, and Structural Steel Repair & Replacement. Self-performance is the only reliable way to keep a tight handle on budgeting, scheduling, efficient communication, logistics, quality in craftsmanship, and that approved material is in use and properly applied per Manufacturer’s specifications. We take pride in our work and would never pass it off to others.

Training

Our crews are required to participate in extensive training and complete course certifications for their trade. Our workers – at a minimum – hold certifications in various disciplines pertaining to the construction industry including OSHA 30-Hour 1926 Construction Safety Training, Silicosis Awareness, Fall Protection, Chicago Scaffold Erector & User, Boom Lift Operation, and GHS Training (Globally Harmonized System Classifications, Labeling, & Handling). At the start of each construction season, our workers are required to attend our safety refresher course to review new standards in our trade with industry experts. We review all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to ensure functionality, proper fit, and review & refresh procedures for use.

Safety and Loss Prevention Program

Our number one priority is safety. Accidents resulting in injury or damage to property cause needless inefficiencies and expenses. We dedicate every minute of every day to creating an accident-free work place culture by promoting best practice safe work habits. We found great success in eliminating complacency and short-cut mentality through continual training in industry standards, frequent evaluation of equipment to ensure proper maintenance and functionality, requiring daily safety checks prior to the start of each work day, and randomized inspections by an independent safety consultant during the progress of each project to ensure that all federal and local safety precautions and guidelines are being adhered. Our project managers and job-site foremen work closely with property management and building maintenance to ensure that our workers integrate additional site-specific safety measures with our Safety & Loss Prevention Program. It is our responsibility to provide a healthy and safe working environment for our workers those with whom we partner including our subcontractors; suppliers; professional consultants; and building residents, management, maintenance crew, and the passersby.
